Got 20 or more commands since going offline and still not reporting. Commands won't fix these — someone has to go to the vehicle and restart the tracker (check power and SIM too). Tap a client to see the vehicles.

Each tracker model
For each model: the command (default for automatic and manual sends — empty = nothing is sent) and after how many minutes without updating it counts as offline (FMC updates about hourly, R16/R12L every ~2 min).
Automatic sending
A vehicle that goes offline gets one round; if it is still offline 40 minutes after the round, it gets the next round. After the last round it moves to 🔧 Needs physical reboot. Vehicles offline longer than the "long offline" days get just 1 command every few days.
